DIDs can be routed only to the IP, we do not support DIDs over SIP account.
To route DID to your IP follow the following steps.
1. Login to your customer portal then go to Inbound menu and select DID. As shown on picture below.
2. Then in DID page scroll right and find arrow under forward title, as shown in the picture below.
3. Once forwarding box open then select Direct-IP from call type drop down menu. As shown in picture below.
4. Once Direct-IP selected then put your Siwtch/Dialer IP on blank space given next to call type drop down menu. As shown in picture below.
Once you put your IP click on "save" and at your end use our IP "220.127.116.11" and start getting calls on your DIDs.
